歡迎參加 2026 就業及實習資訊展！
隨著畢業季來臨，學生事務部生涯發展中心精心籌辦本次展覽，匯聚多元的就業與實習機遇，為同學們搭建全面的職業發展平台，助力大家邁向人生的新階段。
今年，我們成功邀請超過 110 家知名企業及機構參與，涵蓋 28 個主要行業，提供豐富而多元的職位空缺與發展機會。為方便同學掌握最新資訊，特別設立活動專屬網站，整合參展機構介紹、職位資訊及實用求職技巧等內容，全方位支援同學們的求職之路。
當前，澳門正穩步推進經濟適度多元發展，大健康、現代金融、高新技術、會展商貿及文化體育等新興產業蓬勃發展，為青年學子開拓更廣闊的就業空間。同時，粵港澳大灣區建設持續深化，亦為澳大畢業生帶來更豐富的發展機遇與更寬廣的舞台。
2026 年適逢澳門大學四十五周年校慶。學校秉持育人初心，與時俱進，致力培育具備全球競爭力的創新型人才。期望同學們持續強化專業素養，提升創新思維、團隊協作及數位能力，勇於走進灣區，積極融入國家發展大局，拓展視野，實現新作為。

Dear students,
Welcome to the Career and Internship Fair 2026!
As graduation season approaches, the Career Development Centre of the Student Affairs Office is proud to organize this event, bringing together a wide range of employment and internship opportunities to build a comprehensive career development platform for students, helping them embark on a new stage of life.
This year, we have successfully invited over 110 renowned companies and organizations across 28 major industries to offer a wide range of diverse job vacancies and career development opportunities. To make information more accessible, we have created a dedicated website that consolidates details of the participating organizations, job information, and practical job‑hunting tips to fully support students’ job search journey.
Macau is currently progressing steadily towards moderate economic diversification. Emerging industries such as big health, modern finance, high and new technology, MICE & commerce, and culture & sports are rapidly growing, creating broader employment prospects for young talents. Meanwhile, the ongoing development of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is also providing UM graduates with greater opportunities and a larger platform for their future growth.
The year 2026 marks the 45th anniversary of the University of Macau. Staying true to its mission of nurturing talent and keeping pace with the times, the University is committed to cultivating innovative talents with global competitiveness. We hope that students will continuously strengthen their professional competence, enhance innovative thinking, teamwork, and digital skills. We encourage them to bravely venture into the Greater Bay Area, actively integrate into the national development strategy, broaden their horizons, and achieve new accomplishments.
